You will face infections, polyps, heavy plaque, or even shattered teeth. Using your toolkit—syringes, anaesthetics, drills, mirrors, and even a circular saw—requires a steady hand as you monitor the patient's pulse, oxygen levels, and sedation status.

Do not get too comfortable, as random events can throw a spanner in the works. Tools might break, or the shark might feel sudden, inexplicable pain. You must manage the patient's stress levels carefully, as higher stress increases the risk of the shark waking up.
