Riot Games officially launched the Korean social media channels for their upcoming fighter, '2XKO', on the 23rd, while simultaneously announcing the schedule for its first closed beta test. 2XKO marks the first 2v2 tag-based fighting game set within the League of Legends universe, reimagining the Runeterra world and the skills of iconic champions like ▲Ahri and ▲Yasuo for the fighting game arena.

New footage has been released on the official 2XKO Korea YouTube and Instagram accounts. Tom Cannon, the Executive Producer for 2XKO, appeared on camera to share his thoughts, stating, "We always find great joy in watching Korean players engage with fighting games." He added that the team is incredibly eager to see the high-level play Korean gamers will bring to 2XKO, and promised that these new channels will serve as the hub for all future updates regarding the game.

Riot Games has also detailed the specifics of the first 2XKO test for Korean players via their official website.

The first 2XKO test kicks off on Tuesday, September 9th (US time), featuring a roster of 8 champions including ▲Ahri, ▲Darius, ▲Jinx, ▲Yasuo, ▲Ekko, ▲Illaoi, ▲Braum, and the newly revealed 'Vi'. Players can jump into the action on Windows-based PCs leading up to the official launch.
