The Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee has confirmed that 'Wonder Festival 2025 Korea', the world’s largest celebration of figures and sculptural art, will take place at Hall 7 of KINTEX Exhibition Center II in Ilsan from August 2 to 3.

Marking its 41st anniversary this year, Wonder Festival kicked off in Tokyo, Japan, back in 1984. Since then, it has toured major Asian hubs like Shanghai and Bangkok. While an initial attempt to bring the festival to Korea was planned for 2024, the event was rescheduled to 2025.

Wonder Festival 2025 Korea will feature over 170 brand and artist booths focusing on figures, plastic models, and creative sculptures. Notably, the organizers are introducing the 'One-Day License' system, which allows creators to legally distribute their works on-site.

COOLRAIN, known for collaborations with brands like Nike and the NBA, will host a special exhibition showcasing their iconic works. Local creators are also joining the fray, with artists such as digital sculptor PIA, precision painter Volvoseungbeom, Lopa Studio, and Masterbase preparing their own booths.

The main stage will be buzzing throughout the event with live performances by subculture idols, virtual streamer showcases, and interactive gaming sessions. For those who enjoy a bit of pageantry, a cosplay contest with a total prize pool of 5 million won is slated for the second day.

Fans of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE can also look forward to a themed maid café, an official photo zone, exclusive merchandise sales, and various fan-participation events.

Tickets are available via SOOPTORE, priced at 20,000 won for a one-day pass and 30,000 won for a two-day pass. As tickets are limited, they may sell out, so act quickly.
