The KOSDAQ-listed company ThumbAge has been hitting the upper limit for three consecutive days.

ThumbAge closed at 234 Won on the 1st. Following the weekend, the stock hit the upper limit at 304 Won on the 4th and 395 Won on the 5th. As the market opened on the 6th, it surged to the upper limit once again and is currently trading at 513 Won.

During an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 5th, ThumbAge appointed Jung Ki-hong as the new CEO and expanded its business objectives to include AI-driven digital content production and blockchain platform development. However, it remains unconfirmed whether these specific announcements are the direct catalyst for the three-day rally.

Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange has issued a notice designating ThumbAge as an investment warning stock for the 6th due to the rapid short-term price spike. If officially designated as an investment warning stock, margin trading will be restricted, and further rapid gains could lead to a one-day trading suspension. Should the share price continue to climb and meet the criteria for the highest tier of the market warning system, it will be classified as an investment risk stock, triggering more severe measures such as extended trading halts.
