The Gyeonggi Content Agency (GCA) is now accepting applications for the second half of 2025 for tenant companies at the Northern Gyeonggi Culture Creation Hub until September 5.

The agency offers office space free of charge—no deposit, no maintenance fees—to prospective entrepreneurs and content businesses operating for less than seven years. Eligible sectors include gaming, publishing, comics, music, film, animation, and broadcasting, as well as design and startup support firms capable of content convergence. Businesses specializing in web development, content solutions, or AI-driven content are eligible for additional bonus points.

The workspace options range from designated 1-person units (shared by six companies), independent 4-person or 6-person rooms, to open-plan designated seating. Once selected, tenants gain 24-hour access to fully furnished offices, including desks, chairs, and internet connectivity. Furthermore, tenants have access to specialized facilities, such as private meeting rooms, 3D printers, CNC machines, and laser cutters.

An official from the GCA stated, "Through this recruitment drive, the GCA aims to attract a diverse range of growth-oriented startups, boost the competitiveness of the northern Gyeonggi content industry, and foster a vibrant, sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem."

Move-ins are scheduled to begin on September 26, and applications can be submitted via the GCA official website until 3:00 PM on September 5. The final number of vacancies may fluctuate depending on the contract renewal status of current tenants.
