Com2uS Holdings announced on the 14th that 'Fatal Claw' will be joining the Steam Next Fest October 2025 edition. The event, running until the 21st, serves as a showcase for upcoming titles hitting the Steam store.

Fatal Claw follows the journey of a mysterious cat, 'Kisha', as it explores a hidden subterranean world. The game embraces its Metroidvania roots by blending side-scrolling action with progression systems, and the 'Claw Action'—which lets you shred foes with your talons—looks rather stylish.

A demo for 'Fatal Claw' is available on Steam until the 24th, offering about two hours of gameplay to whet your appetite with the opening of the story. Com2uS Holdings plans to launch the game in Early Access by the end of this year, with a full release slated for the first half of next year.

Meanwhile, the team behind Fatal Claw is running a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign that wraps up on the 24th. As of the 14th, they’ve already hit their minimum target, unlocking a range of perks including character costumes and additional game modes if they clear their stretch goals.
