On the 29th, Pearl Abyss rolled out the 'My Own Maid' feature to Black Desert. 'Maids' are convenience tools that allow adventurers to store or move items without having to visit warehouse or marketplace NPCs directly. The advantage is that you can easily manage items held by all characters in your Family at any time.

The newly updated 'My Own Maid' feature allows you to customize your maid's appearance. By using a 'My Own Maid Costume Conversion Coupon' on an outfit you own, you can transform it into a maid-specific attire. It also supports existing features such as the dye system.

Maids created through 'My Own Maid' can be set to follow the adventurer when summoned in town. You can also choreograph them with various social actions to pose together.

Meanwhile, an exchange event where you can acquire materials for accessory enhancement has begun alongside this update.
