Fortnite is teaming up with the global animation juggernaut 'The Simpsons' throughout November, delivering a multi-platform crossover spanning the game and the Disney+ streaming service.

Until Saturday the 29th, players can roam around Springfield, the iconic setting of The Simpsons, right within Fortnite. The narrative hook involves the 'Zero Point'—the very fabric of the Fortnite universe—falling into the hands of Homer Simpson, and it is up to players to clean up the ensuing chaotic mess.

The mini-season officially kicked off at midnight on Sunday the 2nd with a mini-event. As the season progresses, the map terrain will shift, and players can utilize new items and abilities spawned by Homer’s experiments. The shop will see a rolling release of character outfits, including ▲Bart, ▲Lisa, ▲Moe, and ▲Krusty, alongside styles like ▲Evil Homer. 'Peels' makes its debut as Fortnite’s first-ever sidekick partner animal, available exclusively until the shop update on Saturday the 8th.

The Springfield Battle Pass is packed with premium rewards such as ▲Homer, ▲Marge, and ▲Blinky Fishstick. Players can dive into an 80-player battle royale on the Springfield island or jump into the limited-time 'Delulu' mode to test out Simpsons-themed weaponry. In Delulu, it is a fight to the bitter end where only one player remains, featuring proximity voice chat that allows for alliances and psychological warfare.

To top it off, a series of short films featuring the original creative team behind The Simpsons will drop weekly in the Fortnite quest tab, and they can also be viewed on Disney+. These shorts sync up with the in-game story, letting players follow the narrative beats alongside map evolutions. Plus, if you link your Epic account with MyDisney by February of next year, you will receive the 'Kang and Kodos Glider' as a bonus.
