'Maid Cafe Coop', a co-op management simulation game that lets you experience the life of a cute maid, opened its Steam page on the 4th and released new game details.

Rather than playing as the cafe manager, you take on the role of the staff. Whether playing solo or with friends, you'll be preparing and serving various food and drinks to customers. You’ll need to master the art of 'moe-moe kyun' to keep the patrons happy. The game offers a variety of environments, from relaxed cafe service to high-stress situations caused by picky customers.

It’s not all just cute poses; there’s a management element involved. You can assemble, disassemble, and rearrange items in the kitchen to improve efficiency or decorate to your liking. Bringing friends into the mix via multiplayer is a great way to work together or cause absolute mayhem in the cafe.

The game leans heavily into the service rituals; you are expected to cater to your customers’ every whim. Character customization is robust, letting you choose various maid outfits, attach tails or ears, and adjust body sliders including height to create a unique maid character.

As you progress, you’ll unlock new menu items and expand your establishment into a large-scale cafe that hosts 'moe' idol shows. You can even participate in dance and idol concerts in the expanded cafe. Additionally, keeping the place clean—polishing cups and scrubbing floors—is also part of the gameplay.

Maid Cafe Coop is currently available for early play via Itch.io, with a full Steam launch planned for the future. An official release date is yet to be decided, and for now, it supports English only.
