Perfect World Games announced that the 4.7.3 update for 'Persona 5: The Phantom X', titled 'The Greatsword of Ruin', will be officially released on January 22. This update features the arrival of the new 5-star collaboration character Junpei Iori, along with his cognitive trials and a new dream chapter.

In the newly added main story, 'The Greatsword of Ruin', the characters are divided into two teams to explore uncharted floors of Tartarus. A new 'Cooperator Story' has also been introduced, where new bonds are formed against a backdrop of stage lights and the aroma of coffee.

The 'Tartarus Tower of Eternal Night' content, which offers higher difficulty challenges, has also been updated. The 'Phantom Thief Trial', which requires strategic party composition, has returned, allowing players to challenge high-difficulty content. Additionally, a new collaboration boss has appeared, lurking in a love hotel and launching psychic attacks.

A seasonal event will be held with this version update, and combat content rewards will be reset. Perfect World Games stated that detailed information can be found on the game's official website and lounge.
