The Rat Zone announced via a Steam post on the 12th that the initial phase of multi-language support is complete. According to the studio, this first wave covers the store page, the demo landing page, achievements, and the Steam Workshop. Don't go rushing to your settings just yet, though; the full in-game localisation is still a work in progress and will roll out in future updates.

The languages slated for inclusion are French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese. The second wave, expected in a few months, will finally tackle the text within both the demo and the main game. Interestingly, the team is letting community feedback dictate their priority list.
