Kakao Games is hosting 'Campus Chicken Drop VOL.2,' an offline event for 'PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS,' developed by Krafton’s PUBG Studio and serviced domestically by the company, starting this May.

The event was organized to expand offline touchpoints and strengthen communication with Gen Z during the university festival season in May. Building on the positive reception of last year's 'Campus Chicken Drop,' the scale has been expanded, and various on-site programs will be operated under the slogan 'Chicken comes to those who wait in the ZONE.'

The event will be held at the University of Seoul from May 19th to 20th, and at Yonsei University’s Sinchon Campus from May 28th to 29th. Interactive booths utilizing PUBG and Kakao Friends IP will be set up, along with mission events and prize programs open to all visitors.

On-site visitors who verify their follow of the Kakao Games PC Talk Channel will receive a 'Choonsik sun cap.' Following this, three main missions will be conducted: reflex looting, aim evasion, and blue zone escape. Completing one mission grants basic merchandise such as removable stickers and fans, while completing two missions provides a box of chicken and a bonus prize draw entry. Participants who complete all three missions will receive a scratch card containing one of three items: a slogan towel, a steel keyring, or a gym sack.

Visitors who leave a message on the support board will receive Chiikawa x Kakao Friends stationery, and those who verify their PUBG account will receive a 500 G-Coin coupon (valid for 30 days). Those who receive a chicken box will also have a chance to win prizes such as BENQ wireless mice and PUBG x Kakao Friends collaboration merchandise.
