Helldivers 2 is finally letting everyone get their hands on the M-103 Tactical FRV starting this October. Initially introduced as a reward for the ongoing Galactic Campaign system, this vehicle is becoming accessible to all players, responding to the feedback from those who secured the ride back in June.

The M-103 Tactical FRV is one of three off-road truck variants currently in Helldivers 2. It comes equipped with an automated turret and a rear supply rack, capable of restocking Hellpod ammunition and equipment eight times. The other two variants include the Mounted FRV, sporting a heavy machine gun, and the Incendiary FRV, which comes with a mounted flamethrower.

The vehicle was originally issued as a supply drop to those who took part in the Census Thunder campaign back in June 2026. At the time, Helldivers were busy fighting off hordes of Illuminate Voider units pouring from the void across the galaxy. Arrowhead Game Studios explained that this new Galactic Campaign system, which replaced the previous objective system in June, was designed to give players a better chance to engage with the shooter's collective goals.

This Galactic Campaign structure is part of the sweeping overhaul Arrowhead Game Studios promised earlier this year after player frustration with the live-service shooter increased. Currently, Helldivers 2 is in the middle of its second Galactic Campaign, Lightning Interception, with a Warhammer 40,000-themed Warbond scheduled to drop on July 30.
