In the second week of the 2026 VCT Pacific Stage 2, hosted by Riot Games, Gen.G (GEN) has become the first team to reach the 3-win mark.

Gen.G secured their third consecutive victory on the 26th, pulling off a 2-1 comeback against Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ). After dropping the first map, Gen.G regained their composure to level the score in the second. In the deciding third map, with the score deadlocked at 5-5, Gen.G went on an eight-round streak to close out the match 13-5. 'Lakia' Kim Min-seok led the charge with 49 kills, while 'ash' Ha Hyun-cheol contributed 32 kills to cement the win.

Meanwhile, DRX fell into a losing streak after a 0-2 defeat by their nemesis, Paper Rex (PRX). T1 of the Omega group suffered a shock 0-2 loss to VALO (VL), but they managed to steady the ship with a clean 2-0 sweep against Team Secret (TS). VALO demonstrated flexibility in their roster, rotating in 'Foxy9' Jung Jae-sung, 'xndr' Go Jae-hyuk, and 'k1Ng' Kim Min-hyuk.

Nongshim RedForce finally tasted victory in Stage 2, taking down Global Esports (GE) 2-1. After losing the opener, Nongshim RedForce turned the tide on the Breeze map in the second, clinching a 13-7 win thanks to the efforts of 'xavi8k' Gu Sang-min. In the final map, 'Dambi' Lee Hyuk-gyu racked up 23 kills to secure another 13-7 win, completing the turnaround.
