NEXUS is bolstering its blockchain service competitiveness by securing international standard certifications.

NEXUS announced on the 31st that the company has obtained ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management System) and ISO/IEC 27701 (Privacy Information Management System), the international standards for information security and data privacy. The audit was conducted under the supervision of the global certification body, LRQA. Under the guidance of a dedicated security and privacy team, NEXUS has officially earned recognition for meeting international benchmarks across all areas of information protection and privacy.

ISO 27001 serves as an international standard for establishing and continuously improving management systems to protect information assets. ISO 27701 is an extension that focuses on data privacy, designed to systematically manage the entire lifecycle of data from collection to processing and deletion. Both certifications are key benchmarks for responding to global regulations, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.

Meanwhile, NEXUS operates the open blockchain gaming platform CROSS and the integrated application CROSSx. Given that data protection and security levels are core indicators of corporate trust in this industry, the company has built a company-wide security framework since its inception.
