Tencent Games is set to make a massive splash at Gamescom 2025, marking its largest presence at the event to date.

On the 11th, Tencent Games confirmed its attendance at Gamescom 2025, the world's premier gaming exhibition held in Cologne, Germany, from August 20th to 24th. The showcase is expected to feature over 12 titles spanning in-house projects, partner studios, and publishing efforts.

The company is also stepping up to discuss the sustainability of the gaming industry. Rick Li, the producer of PUBG Mobile, will join the 'Playing for the Planet' panel at the Gamescom Congress on the 21st. Under the theme 'Level Up for Impact: How Consoles, Engines, and AAA Games Boost Efficiency and Drive Player Behaviour,' the discussion will explore how various sectors can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and nudge players toward more eco-friendly habits. Rick Li will be joined by representatives from global giants like Ubisoft, Unity Technologies, and Xbox.

Furthermore, Tencent Games will share industry insights at Devcom, the Gamescom developer conference taking place on the 18th and 19th. The sessions will cover cutting-edge innovations such as AI and anti-cheat measures on the 18th, followed by a deep dive into the audiovisual language of 'Delta Force: Black Hawk Down' on the 19th. Notably, the AI-based game development solution 'VISVISE' will make its global debut at Gamescom and Devcom.

The solution includes AI tools such as 'GoSkinning' for automated character skinning and 'MotionBlink' for automating motion capture. These tools aim to streamline production pipelines and significantly boost efficiency. These innovative technologies will be unveiled at the Gamescom B2B booth, underscoring Tencent Games' commitment to global collaboration and technical advancement.

The exhibition booth will feature a wide array of new titles and major updates from Tencent Games' various studios, including TiMi Studio Group. The Gamescom 2025 lineup includes the anime-style game 'Fate Trigger' from Saroasis Studios, the open-world action RPG 'Honor of Kings: World', 'Interstellar Utopia', 'PUBG Mobile', and 'Terminal Brigade'.
