민주노총 전국화학섬유식품산업노동조합(이하 화섬식품노조)은 12일 오후 3시부터 판교 넥슨코리아 앞 공원에서 결의대회를 개최한다. 네오플분회 파업에 관련해 노동자들이 정당한 보상을 받을 수 있도록 지지하는 뜻을 나타내는 자리다. 네오플분회에서 구체적으로 요구하는 부분은 크게 두 가지다. 평가·보상 기준 공개와 영업이익 4%를 PS(수익분배금)로 분배하는 제도 도입이다.

화섬식품노조는 이번 결의대회에 대해 과도한 노동과 불공정한 보상이 반복되는 구조를 바꾸고, 결정권을 가진 넥슨이 책임지고 해결할 것을 촉구하는 취지에서 마련했다고 밝혔다. 결의대회 현장에는 네오플 조정우 분회장, 넥슨 배수찬 지회장을 비롯해, 민주노총 및 화섬식품노조 주요 관계자가 참석한다. 네오플분회는 지난 1일부터 주 5일 전면 파업을 전개하며, 사측과 교섭 중이다.
