The global stage is set as Epic Seven’s premier esports tournament enters its main event, with a $100,000 prize pool up for grabs for the ultimate World Arena champion.

Smilegate announced on the 14th that the 'Epic Seven World Arena Championship 2025' (E7WC 2025) has officially kicked off its main event phase. This tournament, boasting a total prize pool of $100,000 (approximately 140 million KRW), aims to crown the best real-time World Arena player among the global Epic Seven community. The main event schedule includes the quarterfinals on the 16th, followed by winner and loser bracket matches on the 23rd and 24th, culminating in the Grand Final on September 6th.

Every match of the main event will be broadcast live starting at noon on the official Epic Seven YouTube channel, with commentary available in four languages: Korean, English, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese. For the domestic broadcast, the renowned esports caster Dong-jin Lee and commentator Jin-young Park will be joined by official content creator Gwangjun to provide expert analysis. Global influencers will also be handling broadcasts for various international regions. Notably, the September 6th Grand Final will be held as an offline event at the Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

The E7WC 2025 main event features eight survivors who battled their way through the qualifiers across five servers: Global, Asia, Korea, Japan, and Europe. Keep a close eye on GOMEAWME from the Korean server, a former E7WC runner-up who held the World Arena #1 rank for four consecutive seasons, and Xiao Xuenai from the Asia server, who managed to knock out the reigning E7WC champion Hazamarei during the qualifiers.

The champion of E7WC 2025 will walk away with $50,000 and the prestigious privilege of having a custom skin designed for a hero of their choice. Runners-up and all other main event participants will also receive a share of the prize money. Further details regarding the offline Grand Final event will be announced in due course.
