A new casual title, 'Grill it! Sanma', hit Steam on October 2. 'Sanma' is the Japanese word for Pacific saury. Following in the footsteps of previous viral meat-grilling games, this title focuses on the seasonal delicacy of grilled saury.

'Grill it! Sanma' is a grilling simulation game where the goal is to achieve perfection and earn the highest score. Players place the saury on the grill and use the cursor to fan the flames, controlling the charcoal heat. The basic rule is to grill both sides of the fish evenly before serving.

The gameplay involves more than just grilling; players must also swap out grates and grate daikon radish to garnish the fish. The key is to grill as many fish as possible within the time limit with speed and precision. Perfecting each section of the fish will reward players with a higher score.

The game offers two modes. The Score Attack mode challenges players to aim for the top of the global leaderboard with fast and accurate grilling. The Battle mode allows up to four players to compete against each other to see who can grill the saury the fastest and most accurately.
