Wargaming has kicked off Holiday Ops on the 5th, the biggest annual event in World of Tanks.

This year, brand ambassador Benedict Cumberbatch appears in the holiday trailer, showcasing his signature wit, intellectual charm, and refined humor.

Once the event begins, players can head to the Holiday Village to receive the Swedish tier 3 light tank, the Strv m/31. The tank comes with a fully trained crew and a garage slot.

Furthermore, a Holiday Calendar is available throughout December. Players can unlock rewards by opening the calendar, and completing all 12 days grants an additional Large Box.

A Holiday Ops challenge consisting of 56 missions is also underway. Completing these missions rewards players with tank customization elements and experimental equipment. The ultimate rewards include Benedict as a tank commander, and completing all 56 missions permanently grants Potani as a crew member.

From the 11th to the 22nd, the 'Winter Brawl' mode returns with two new maps. Three teams of five will compete for gift boxes, with rewards including new 3D styles.
