Netmarble announced on the 11th that it has kicked off pre-registration for the massive 9th-anniversary update for Lineage 2: Revolution.

Slated for arrival on the 29th, this 9th-anniversary update features the new 'Death Knight' class, a new server, and year-end events. The highlight of this update is the addition of the top-tier 'ZR' transformation. ZR transformations boast higher stats than the existing LR grade and allow players to toggle between melee and ranged combat. In Lineage 2: Revolution, transformations are a system that grants specific abilities and skills for a set duration.

The new server, also opening on the 29th, will provide special support for new and returning players. Simply logging in grants an LR-grade transformation, at least 100,000 Red Diamonds, and server-exclusive costumes. Rewards commemorating the launch of the 'Death Knight' class are also available. Additionally, those who pre-register will receive growth support items, including a Dual Class Reset Ticket, an LR-grade transformation selection box, and enhancement scrolls.
