Following the cancellation of treasury shares on the 5th, Com2uS has announced that its executives have purchased company stock to demonstrate their commitment to responsible management.

On the 14th, Com2uS disclosed that CEO Nam Jae-kwan and his executive team have acquired company stock. This purchase is a strategic effort to bolster corporate value and signal to the market that the leadership remains firmly committed to long-term growth and shareholder trust.

CEO Nam Jae-kwan, who previously purchased 2,400 shares for approximately 100 million KRW in March of last year, has now acquired an additional 10,100 shares worth approximately 300 million KRW. With a total holding of 12,500 shares, his stake has increased to 0.1%. Six other executives also joined in, collectively acquiring 3,110 shares of company stock.

In his New Year’s address, CEO Nam Jae-kwan stated, "2026 will be the year where our accumulated experience and preparation turn into execution, and we shall reap the rewards of success by demonstrating our capabilities on the global stage."
