The Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) joined forces with 15 local organisations in the Centum District on the 9th, rolling up their sleeves for a group blood drive to help ease the regional blood supply shortage.

Held on February 6, the event was aimed at tackling the dwindling donor pool caused by an ageing population while fulfilling their corporate social responsibilities. It is a rather noble attempt to spread the value of life-sharing and support the local community.

Spearheaded by the GRAC, the initiative brought together staff from the Korea Media Rating Board, the Korean Film Council, BEXCO, and the Busan Cinema Center. Working closely with the Busan Blood Center, the committee makes these quarterly blood drives a regular affair. Staff from across these institutions turned up in numbers, hoping to encourage a wider culture of blood donation throughout the region.

GRAC Chairman Seo Tae-geon expressed his gratitude, noting, "I am deeply thankful to the staff from the GRAC and our neighbouring Centum District institutions for setting aside their busy schedules to join this cause." He added, "We remain committed to rolling out various social contribution activities that foster growth and neighbourly love within our local community."
