League of Legends has rolled out its 26.06 patch, marking the arrival of Act 2 for the 2026 Season 1. This update introduces the core content for the second act, featuring a long-awaited visual and gameplay rework for Shyvana, a fresh batch of skins, and special April Fools’ Day content.

Players can now experience the thoroughly revamped Shyvana. Her passive, 'Fury of the Dragonborn', now grants bonus armor and magic resist whenever you contribute to takedowns on champions, large minions, or large monsters. Her 'Burnout (W)' now grants a shield, while her 'Flame Breath (E)' applies a slow even in human form. As for her ultimate, 'Dragon's Descent', it has been updated to unleash a devastating breath attack that deals area-of-effect damage while fearing enemies.

The new 'Battle Hound' skin line is also being released. This collection features 'Battle Hound Warwick', 'Battle Hound Senna', and 'Battle Hound Naafiri'. A portion of the proceeds from 'Battle Hound Senna' and its associated bundles will be shared with League of Legends esports organizations to commemorate the 'First Stand Tournament'.

League of Legends has showcased its April Fools’ Day content via the Public Beta Environment (PBE). Players can enjoy new skins such as 'Fried Chicken King Swain', 'Pot-Bellied Kench', 'Pug Trainer Sejuani', 'Surprise Party Vex', 'Bubble Party Blitzcrank', and 'Prestige Miser Mordekaiser'. This April Fools’ content will be updated to the live servers in the 26.07 patch.

Ed Zao, a product manager at Riot Games, commented on the Shyvana update, stating, "Satisfying the players was our primary goal," and added, "We are truly grateful to everyone who provided such varied feedback."
