Kakao Games is currently taking pre-registrations for the 5th-anniversary update of Odin: Valhalla Rising, the MMORPG crafted by the folks over at Lionheart Studio, with the window closing on the 23rd.

As Odin marks its half-decade milestone on June 24th, it’s bringing a fresh face to the fold: the new Sorceress sub-class, 'Alchemist', alongside the 'World Base Occupation War' and a brand-new server named 'Skadi'.

The Alchemist brings a peculiar combat style involving reagent rods and flasks—a nice change of pace. The World Base Occupation War promises a different flavour of competition, pitting you against players from other servers for a fresh tactical experience. As for the new server 'Skadi', expect a host of perks and events designed to keep your experience smooth. If you sign up early, you’ll pocket an Ivaldi Avatar/Mount/Weapon Appearance Summon Selection ticket and a 'Light's Pet' 11-draw summon ticket.

They’ve also dropped two teaser trailers for the 5th-anniversary update. One gives you a proper look at the Alchemist’s combat flair, while the other offers a sneak peek at the major content headed your way. Watch the trailers here to see what the fuss is about.

They are also teasing a cheeky brand collaboration with the champagne label Golden Blanc, and plan to release 'Odin! Quiz on the Block', a special content series reflecting on the last five years spent with the community.

Before the big update drops, there’s plenty to keep you busy. A 14-day pre-anniversary attendance event runs until July 1st, gifting daily log-ins a total of 66 'Light's Summon' tickets. Plus, the '5th Anniversary Eve Exchange Event' lets you trade 'Fifth Promise Tokens'—found in fields or elite dungeons—for 44 'Divine Summon' tickets and various skill books like 'Flotki's Skill Tome'.
