Wemade is set to host its global esports tournament, 'Ymir Cup World Championship Season 2', on the 27th. Built around the core server-vs-server combat of their MMORPG 'Legend of Ymir', the event features semifinals on the 27th, followed by the finals and a special Legend Match on the 28th. The matches will be broadcast live starting at 11:00 AM via Wemade's official global YouTube, SOOP, Twitch, and Facebook Gaming channels.

The tournament is anchored by server battles, where the objective is to destroy the 'Tower of Victory' in the center of the map, secure the crown, and transport it to a designated destination. If the objective is not met within the time limit, the winner is determined by total points accumulated from destroying the 'Tower of Victory', occupying base bosses, and PvP combat. Wemade has been conducting regional qualifiers since the 24th of last month to select four server representatives from Asia, North America/Europe, and South America.

In the semifinal A-bracket, the 'Kings' server will face off against the 'NAEU004' server, while the B-bracket features a clash between the 'Chess' server and the 'Sombra' server. The winners from each bracket will advance to the finals to compete for the championship.

The championship-winning server will face 250 top players from Korea in the Legend Match. This match is structured by pairing the top 250 ranked players from the winning server against the Korean roster in a 1-on-1 format. Key conditions such as combat power and gear grades are set to be identical to ensure a fair competition.

Streaming platform SOOP and sports brand FCMM participated as official sponsors for this tournament. SOOP supported the event at the Sangam SOOP Coliseum and provided live broadcasting, while FCMM supplied the official uniforms for the participating players.
