Blockchain and AI firm BPMG has officially launched its US-based subsidiary, ARACORE, aiming to spearhead its global financial infrastructure initiatives.

ARACORE is headed by BPMG CEO Ji-hoon Cha, who will serve as the subsidiary's chief executive. The firm specializes in financial infrastructure designed for financial institutions, fintech players, and payment/remittance providers. By planting its flag in the US, ARACORE intends to forge deeper partnerships with international financial and tech firms while accelerating institutional-grade financial services.

Cross-border remittances and B2B settlements are currently hindered by national systems and intermediaries, leading to long processing times and high operational costs. ARACORE aims to bridge this gap by building a common infrastructure that connects existing financial systems with digital asset-based services.

At the heart of this venture is the Institutional Settlement Network (ISN), an orchestration infrastructure for institutions. Crucially, the ISN does not hold user assets directly; instead, it focuses on transaction messaging, pre-verification, state management, and settlement support. It is designed to allow financial institutions and payment/remittance providers to integrate digital asset-based services while maintaining their existing systems.

Looking ahead, ARACORE plans to roll out various business models covering international transfers, corporate settlements, and automated payments. The team is currently engaged in Proof of Concept (PoC) trials with global financial and tech partners to refine the service and scale the business.
