NC has officially kicked off the first character server transfer for its MMORPG, Aion 2. Through this initiative, players can migrate their character data to a different server.

Eligibility is restricted to characters level 45 or higher, with all held items transferring alongside the character. While each account is limited to a single application request, there is no cap on the number of characters that can be moved per request. The application window is open daily from the 22nd to the 28th at 8:00 PM, with the list of available destination servers refreshing at that same time each evening.

Applications are handled via the in-game shop. To qualify, the character must be stationed within a town, cannot be a member of a legion, and must have no pending legion applications. Additionally, players must clear out their mailboxes, exchange history, and shop storage before applying. Once the transfer is complete, the character will be required to choose a new name upon their next login.

NC has implemented several quality-of-life improvements based on user feedback. A new option now allows players to manually adjust the transparency of paths and terrain displayed on the minimap. Combat has also seen a tune-up, including balance adjustments across classes, changes to block skill specifications, a revamp of the health absorption mechanic, and tweaks to status ailment trigger rates.

The Aion 2 development team took to an official livestream on the 21st to tease upcoming content and fresh cosmetics. Players can look forward to an update on the 29th, which introduces a pet auto-loot convenience feature—purchasable with the in-game currency, Kinah—alongside the new 'Classic Athletic' outfit.
