Netmarble is recruiting for the 26th batch of its university student outreach program, 'Marvel Challenger'.

Marvel Challenger is a gaming industry supporters program open to any university student—whether currently enrolled or on a gap year—who loves Netmarble and games, and possesses a strong understanding of new media content. A total of 235 people have completed the program up to the 25th batch, and the employment rate within the gaming industry for those seeking jobs is approximately 60%.

Those interested in applying can submit their documents via the Marvel Challenger recruitment notice on the official Netmarble careers website by August 10. Following document screening and interviews, the final selected candidates will begin their six-month term from September to next February, starting with an induction ceremony on August 28.

The supporters' activities consist of planning and producing new media promotional content for platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, writing posts for the official Marvel Challenger blog, and analyzing trend reports. Participants can also take part in the planning and execution process of Netmarble's online and offline events.

Marvel Challenger provides a small stipend and opportunities for mentoring from industry professionals. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion and preferential treatment in the document screening stage when applying for jobs at Netmarble in the future. Even after completion, participants can continue to gain activity opportunities as guest writers.

Kim Dong-hwan, Team Leader of the Creator Strategy Team at Netmarble, said, "We will operate the program to cultivate talent for the gaming industry through hands-on experience in online and offline events and professional mentoring, starting with promotional activities for our exhibits at the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026 this September."
