NEXON released an update on the 23rd for 'HIT2', the cross-platform MMORPG developed by their subsidiary NEXON Games, introducing the 7th floor of the 'Recity Laboratory' dungeon.

The 7th floor of the cross-server dungeon 'Recity Laboratory' serves as a new endgame grinding spot, offering higher efficiency and a richer loot table. The new boss, 'Sariel', features a three-phase structure, with shifting patterns and powerful skill attacks as the fight progresses. Players can obtain legendary-grade items upon defeating the boss.

The blunt weapon class has also been revamped. The new skill, 'Radiant Shield', increases survivability and provides additional buffs to party members. Furthermore, various skills have been updated with resistance-boosting effects to enhance defense.

A pet awakening system has been added. Players can attempt awakening using their existing pets and 'Condensed Awakening Energy'; successful awakening grants bonus stats. Future exploration content will provide additional ways to grow these pets. Additionally, new swimsuit cosmetics will be released on July 30th.

NEXON is running an 'Eltera TOP1 Appearance' event until August 6th as a lead-up to the server integration between Korea and Taiwan. The top PvE players from each region will appear as boss monsters in the event dungeon 'Masters of Eltera'. Participants can use the 'TOP1 Coin/Ticket' earned in the dungeon to obtain guaranteed Hero-class/pet summon tickets or 11-draw summon tickets for various categories. An online spin-the-wheel event on the official website also offers a chance to obtain a guaranteed Ancient-grade class or pet.

HIT2 previously unveiled plans for the Korea-Taiwan server integration and teased upcoming new servers during their official broadcast, 'Hit Too Much Talk', on the 18th. An online showcase is scheduled for August to celebrate the 3rd anniversary and reveal the roadmap for the second half of the year.
