The second collection for 'Sid Meier's Civilization VII (hereinafter Civilization VII)', which launched in February, was released on the 22nd.

The Civilization VII 'Right to Rule' collection is the second bundle of civilizations and leaders. The 'Right to Rule' collection is included as a standard feature in the Civilization VII Founders Edition, but is not included in the Deluxe or standard editions. The civilizations and leaders in the 'Right to Rule' collection are being released in two waves, in July and September.

On the 22nd, the leader Genghis Khan and the civilizations Đại Việt and Assyria were released. Genghis Khan is an expansionist and military-focused leader who excels in combat. Đại Việt is an Age of Exploration civilization with strengths in expansion and culture, while Assyria is an Ancient Age civilization focused on military and science.

In addition, cosmetic items and four new Wonders have been added. The Grand Bazaar, Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Ubudiah Mosque, and Wat Xieng Thong are now available, and can be constructed depending on the civilization.

Furthermore, the new leaders and civilizations arriving in September have been revealed. Lakshmi Bai will be added as a leader, along with the Qajar and Silla civilizations. Qajar will appear as a Modern Age civilization, and Silla as an Ancient Age civilization. However, some domestic players have expressed concerns that without Korean civilizations for the Age of Exploration or the Modern Age, immersion could be diminished if players are forced to progress through Mongol or Ming dynasties into Meiji Japan or Qing China.
