Lenovo Korea is officially bringing its latest handheld gaming device, the 'Legion Go 2', to the local market.

The 'Legion Go 2' comes packed with AMD's Ryzen Z2 Extreme processor and a Radeon 890M GPU. It supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD, with the option to expand storage up to 2TB via a microSD slot. Microsoft Windows 11 serves as the default operating system.

The 8.8-inch PureSight OLED gaming display boasts a 1920x1200 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a 144Hz refresh rate. It hits a peak brightness of 500 nits and covers 97% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Naturally, it also supports AMD Fluid Motion Frames and Radeon Super Resolution technologies.

Battery life has received a significant boost as well. It now features a 74Whr battery—an increase of 50.4% over its predecessor—alongside Super Rapid Charge for snappy top-ups. You can manage performance and battery settings through Lenovo's integrated 'Legion Space' software.

The detachable TrueStrike controllers return, allowing you to swap between FPS, console, tablet, and handheld modes at will. The setup includes Hall Effect joysticks, a pivot D-pad, DisplayPort 2.1, dual USB4 Type-C ports, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3.

To celebrate the launch, Lenovo Korea is hosting a pre-order event via G-Market's 'G-Live' channel on the 22nd at 11 AM. Pre-order customers will receive a 'Yoga Mouse' as a bonus, and a quiz during the live stream will offer Starbucks coupons. General sales across all open markets, including Coupang and Naver, begin on the 29th.

The new device includes Accidental Damage Protection (ADP). Lenovo Korea is providing one year of free repairs for accidental damage and one year of 'Premium Care' service to keep your device running smoothly.

The Lenovo Legion Go 2 is available in Eclipse Black, with the official domestic retail price starting at 1,599,000 KRW for the base model.
