On the 17th, Kakao Games rolled out a massive content update for its MMORPG 'ArcheAge War', headlined by the launch of global integrated servers and the brand-new 'Magic Swordsman' class.

This update introduces the first integrated realms, 'Gredelon' and 'Ewin', crafted to place domestic and global players on a level playing field. These realms function as independent ecosystems, completely detached from existing servers, with no plans for future merging.

The new realms are designed without the 'Fountain of Palos' system, requiring players to grind and trade for gear to enhance item scarcity and play-based value. Furthermore, many items previously locked behind gem purchases can now be bought with in-game gold, and the 'Twilight Moonstone' system has been removed to reduce combat stress. Progression speeds will be adjusted in stages to minimize the power gap between users.

The 'Magic Swordsman', the first class to feature a technical transition system, has also been added. The 'Magic Swordsman' allows players to freely switch roles using a single weapon, utilizing the new 'Static' status effect to suppress foes and unleash explosive damage. After the initial unlock, switching classes is free of charge.

The new Primordial-grade class, 'Batuhan of Slaughter', described as an avatar of carnage blessed by Gredelon, has also arrived. Acquiring 'Batuhan of Slaughter' grants the new conqueror skill 'Black Binding', which allows you to collapse and shackle up to 15 targets at once.

General content improvements have also been implemented. 'Illusion of the Four Seasons' has been reorganized into an integrated dungeon for domestic and global players, and new item collections have been added. The boss 'Aria of Bewitchment' in the Paradise of Five Colors has had her health and special patterns adjusted based on difficulty, and defeating her rewards players with a 'Harkini's Enhancement Scroll Selection Box (Untradable)'. Additionally, various quality-of-life updates have been applied, including ▲Optimization of the Temple of Might and the start of its regular season ▲Improved travel convenience in Chaos regions ▲Expanded auto-dismantle features, as well as ▲New 'Treasure' slots for Groa ▲New 'Andelf Republic' tome ▲New 'Moo-mobile' mount.

To mark the update, events are being held for both new and existing realms. Existing realms feature the 'Magic Swordsman 7-Day Attendance', 'Daily Check-in', and 'Lucky Draw Season 8', while new realms offer growth-focused events such as 'Dagran’s Gift', 'Growth Support Attendance', and 'Agent’s Mission Challenges'.
