The 2025 National Middle and High School Esports Championship finals are set to kick off this coming Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st.

Back in November, the national qualifiers saw 30 teams in the LoL middle and high school integrated division, alongside 14 middle schoolers and 29 high schoolers competing in FC Online. Only the top four performers from each bracket secured their spot in the finals. The LoL qualifiers include ▲Eunpyeong Meditech High School ▲Gyeryong Digitech High School ▲Seonin High School ▲Choji High School. For FC Online, the middle school bracket features ▲Gumi Middle School ▲Daejeon Daesin Middle School (two players) ▲Changwon Middle School, while the high school bracket includes ▲Gyeryong Digitech High School ▲Sejong High School ▲Incheon Yeonsun High School ▲Chungbuk Technical High School.

The battle to crown the ultimate middle and high school esports champions takes place at the Daejeon Esports Arena over the weekend of the 20th and 21st. Both titles will follow a best-of-three tournament format. On the first day, the action begins at 10:00 AM with the FC Online and LoL semifinals, while the second day kicks off at 1:00 PM with the grand finals and the third-place matches.

Each champion will be honored with the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award. As for the prizes, the winning LoL team takes home 5,000,000 won, while the FC Online middle and high school winners each receive 2,000,000 won. A total of 300,000 won is reserved for the tournament MVP, bringing the total prize pool to 30,000,000 won.

The 2025 National Middle and High School Esports Championship finals will be broadcast live via the official Middle and High School Esports YouTube channel, Chzzk, and SOOP.
