Nexon announced on the 21st that the mobile and PC MMORPG 'HIT2', developed by its subsidiary Nexon Games, has rolled out a massive new season for its 'Wilderness of Chaos' battlefield on the Origin servers.

Kicking off on February 4th, the 'Wilderness of Chaos' will be split into three leagues, each hosting 1,000 players. This league-based structure is a first since the merger of the Korean and Taiwanese servers, designed to ensure a wider pool of players can jump into the fray, with difficulty levels and rewards scaled accordingly.

In the top-tier league, high-stakes combat promises legendary-grade weapons and materials for immortal-tier gear. Lower leagues won't be left empty-handed, as they also offer legendary armor and a variety of growth materials.

The update also introduces new 'Dragon' and 'Golem' mounts and tweaks the growth system for a bit more convenience. You can now expand growth registration and mount training slots using gold. Plus, we've buffed the mount experience gained from taking down elite monsters, so you can level up your collection at a brisker pace.

For those on the Classic servers, the 4th floor of the Tower of Revelation is now open, offering a better chance to snag rare equipment. Nexon has also dialed down the difficulty on the 2nd and 3rd floors, making it easier to farm essential materials.

On top of that, a new 'Weapon Tempering' system has been introduced to keep your stats climbing. By slaying monsters, you can enhance your equipped gear. You'll need to hunt for 'Weapon Tempering Shards' in dungeons like the Angelos Cemetery or across the open fields to push your stats to the limit.

Nexon is running the 'Unite! Find the Coins of Cooperation' event until January 28th. If you take down guild bosses in the 'Battlefield of Cooperation', you'll earn 'Coins of Cooperation'. On the Origin servers, these can be swapped for 11-pull summons for Classes, Pets, Spirits, and Cards. On the Classic servers, these coins net you rare equipment like Peridot or 11-pull summons for Class and Pet.

Running in parallel is the 'Unite! Guild Donation & Contribution x2!' event, boosting your daily donation limits and guild contributions. Meanwhile, on the Hyper Boosting servers, players can tackle the 'Find the Boss Coins' and 'Hyper Boosting! Boss Coin Clash' events until February 18th, followed by the 'Legendary! Hyper Boosting Mission I' event running until February 25th, where you can walk away with a guaranteed legendary summon ticket.
