The 'global and Korean simultaneous update' that Korean fans have been clamouring for is finally becoming a reality.

Actoz Soft hosted the 'Final Fantasy 14 Producer Letter LIVE 91' via their official YouTube channel on the 13th, shedding light on the upcoming Korean server updates. The broadcast detailed the 7.5 update, 'Growing Light', slated for release on 28 April, alongside a roadmap for future content.

To start with, we are getting a fresh batch of main scenario quests. This arc dives deep into the fate of the Warrior of Light, promising a narrative shift. Furthermore, the 'Tribal Quests' wrapping up the three tribes of the Dawntrail regions are arriving, alongside the conclusion of the Hildibrand adventures. For those who prefer a quieter life, a new Custom Delivery client, Tisojja, who runs a taco shop, is also opening her doors.

On the combat front, we have the new dungeon 'Cinderfield' and the 24-player raid 'Echoes of Vana'diel'. If that is not enough to keep you busy, the 'Ewenuo Trial' and 'Fallen Shinryu Trial' are also on the horizon. A new 'Ultimate' raid is being teased for a later date as well. For those obsessed with gear, the final stage of the 'Phantom Weapon' relic series is unlocking, alongside the new field area 'Crescent Island: Northern Sector' and the 'Tower of Magic' fork tower.

The real head-turner, however, is the debut of the new limited job, the 'Beastmaster', following in the footsteps of the Blue Mage. As a melee physical DPS, this job lets you capture monsters and summon them into the fray. You will be scouting, capturing, and training around 50 different creatures to unleash their unique skills. A dedicated 'Beast Arena' is also being added to put these new pet-wrangling skills to the test.

Crafters and gatherers, fear not; there is plenty for you too. A new route for Ocean Fishing is opening up near 'Thavnair', and the Cosmic Exploration content is adding a new planet, 'Auxesia'. Housing enthusiasts will be pleased to see an increase in the limit for furniture and outdoor furnishings, plus some swanky new interior themes.

Quality-of-life adjustments are also in the pipeline. Duty Support is being expanded to 'The Dusk Vigil' and 'Shisui of the Violet Tides', while the dye system is getting a massive overhaul with 'Integrated Dye A/B/C' pallets for more precise colour control. A new 'Memory Storage' cabinet will also be introduced to house job-specific gear. PvP is not being left behind either; Series 11 brings balance tweaks, and a new map, 'Harmonia War Library', is coming to Crystalline Conflict.

Meanwhile, Actoz Soft announced that the Korean Final Fantasy 14 Fan Festival is scheduled for next spring, promising more details on that and future updates soon. They also confirmed that upcoming Letter from the Producer LIVE broadcasts will continue to feature simultaneous interpretation.
