A mysterious game has been released that tasks you with overcoming terrifying horror in a haunted mansion and making your way to the bathroom.

Mad Mushroom released 'We Gotta Go' on Steam on the 15th. Developed by FuzzyBot, We Gotta Go is a co-op horror-comedy action roguelike set in a haunted mansion. Up to four players form a team to explore the mansion, and players must work together to find the only bathroom in the house before their physiological needs reach their limit.

Players explore a procedurally generated mansion while suffering from stomach issues caused by a spoiled burrito eaten the night before. The goal is to reach the bathroom while managing fear, stress, and bowel pressure. Even while searching for treasure or defeating monsters, players must manage their stomach by releasing gas to control pressure and maintaining a proper diet. If gas is not released in time, movement speed slows down significantly, making normal actions impossible.

Inside the mansion, ridiculous enemies such as toilet paper mummies and pants-biting monsters hinder your bathroom management. It is important to use surrounding objects to defeat ghosts or solve puzzles to clear a path. Various physical interactions are implemented, such as lighting the way with a lantern or throwing furniture to break down doors, and depending on the situation, you can even throw items at teammates to intentionally cause trouble.

As of the 15th, 'We Gotta Go' has a 'Mixed' rating on Steam (66% positive out of 42 reviews). Users who gave positive reviews praised the comical situations that arise during the co-op process. On the other hand, negative reviews pointed out the short content length, unstable voice chat system, and lack of replayability.
