Kakao Games has conducted AI utilization training for its employees.

The program was designed to allow teams to discuss practical AI application methods within their units and to expand the scope of utilization even after the training. Employees with a deep understanding of the internal work environment participated as instructors, providing training based on practical case studies.

The curriculum focused on 'Vibe Coding,' which involves generating results through dialogue with AI, 'Workflow Automation Design' to automate repetitive tasks, and 'Custom Web Application Development' to create tools optimized for work. The company plans to conduct advanced AI training, role-specific AI utilization sharing sessions, and AI hackathons in the future.

A Kakao Games representative stated, "This training focused on increasing employees' accessibility to AI and strengthening their practical AI capabilities," adding, "We will support our employees in utilizing AI in various aspects of their work and continue to spread an AX culture based on this."

Meanwhile, Kakao Games introduced the cloud-based collaboration platform GWS (Google Workspace) last January, supporting the use of various productivity tools and generative AI within a secure environment. The company is also hosting external experts to provide basic generative AI training and data literacy education.
