Netmarble has added a new fighter, 'Angel', to its mobile collectible RPG, 'The King of Fighters AFK'.

Angel is a modified human from Mexico known for her unpredictable speech and behavior. She utilizes signature skills such as 'Blue Monday Counter EX' and 'Finish Neck Cutter', and possesses the [Execution] synergy. She can be obtained through a pickup event until August 5, and a pickup event for other [Execution] synergy fighters will also be held during the same period.

Content has also been expanded. The number of stages has been increased to 57,600, and the maximum levels for growth dungeons—Gold Rush, Void Sanctuary, City of Rage, and Paradox Lab—as well as the challenge dungeon Arcade, growth content Influence, Supporters Center, and Pet Hotel have been expanded.

Various events are also being held. In the Lucky Elpy event (July 27–31), you can meet the legendary supporter 'Shroom', and in the Surf Holiday event (July 30–August 12), legendary pets 'Blanco' and 'Hulak' will appear.
