The Epic Games Store has started a free giveaway for the PC version of Hogwarts Legacy. This giveaway commemorates the 25th anniversary of the film 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone'.

The free distribution of Hogwarts Legacy will run until 12:00 AM on May 4. Users who missed out on the game during the holiday sale at the end of last year can now add it to their permanent library. Meanwhile, the DLC, which includes a mount, cosmetic sets, and a battle arena, is available at a 60% discount for 1,144 yen (approximately 10,100 KRW).

Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world action RPG set 100 years before the events of the Harry Potter novels. The game takes place in the Hogwarts of the 1800s, where the protagonist holds the key to an ancient secret that could throw the wizarding world into chaos.

Players will forge alliances, battle dark wizards, and ultimately determine the fate of the wizarding world. The game offers an experience where you craft your own untold destiny. Players can travel to familiar and new locations, discover magical beasts, customize their characters, and brew potions. Additionally, the goal of the game is to learn spells, upgrade talents, and grow into the ideal wizard.
