Neowiz announced on the 26th the release of their new DLC, V LIBERTY 5, for DJMAX RESPECT V. This latest expansion brings a total of 21 tracks to the table, including one special hidden track that follows up on the V Link 4 collection.

The package includes the opening track 'ARIA (feat. DIEIN)', composed by the renowned Miiro with vocals from Rena Entertainment's own DIEIN. You can also look forward to 'Sleipnir', a debut collaboration between game director and artist XeoN and pattern designer 7SEQ, alongside the fusion gugak track 'Black Death' from the Rocky Studio sound team, Rave PahNic. Of course, no modern rhythm game collection is complete without a bit of viral fame; artist TAK’s 'PPPP (feat. Hatsune Miku, Kasane Teto)', which has racked up an impressive 51.94 million views on YouTube, makes a grand appearance here too.

The DJMAX Entertainment team is keeping the momentum high with a series of offline activations for their loyal fanbase. From July 1st to 12th, they will be running a pop-up store and collaboration cafe dubbed 'DJMAX PLAY GROUND' at V-Square in Seoul. This 300-pyeong space will be decked out in visuals that chronicle the series' history, featuring everything from developer autograph sessions and cosplayer events to dedicated gaming zones and fan-art exhibitions.
