Lee 'Faker' Sang-hyeok is set to appear on the new variety show 'Murder Club', which premieres on Disney+ on the 29th.

Disney+ released a teaser for 'Murder Club' via its official YouTube channel on the 15th. The show features a deduction theme where the cast must identify the culprit behind murder cases set in various backdrops, such as baseball stadiums, the Joseon Dynasty, and prisons. It differentiates itself from existing mystery variety shows by using AI to implement the murder case episodes.

'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok joins the cast. He holds the most illustrious career of any active League of Legends player, including 10 LCK (League of Legends Champions Korea) titles, 6 League of Legends World Championship wins, 2 MSI (Mid-Season Invitational) trophies, and 2 Asian Games gold medals. Now in his 13th year since debut, he remains a star player representing esports.

In addition to Faker, the show features several prominent figures from various fields. The cast includes Choi Yang-rak, Um Ji-yoon, Shin Sung-rok, Choi Kang-changmin, Beomgyu of Tomorrow X Together, kt Wiz outfielder Kim Hyun-soo, YouTuber 'Chungju-man' Kim Seon-tae, Pani Bottle, and Chef Park Joo-sung, known as 'Iron Arm' from Culinary Class Wars.

'Murder Club' will air on Disney+ starting July 29th and consists of 6 episodes.
