Netmarble is kicking off the 'Hot Summer Festival' to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of their collectible RPG, Tower of God: New World.

The update introduces a new SSR+ companion, [Red Lantern] Shilial. This assassin specializes in infiltrating enemy backlines to inflict devastating bleed damage. The character utilizes hallucinogenic smoke to vanish from sight, boosting survivability, while a signature ultimate allows for rapid-fire teleportation to confuse foes and unleash massive area-of-effect damage.

In the original webtoon, Shilial is depicted as a cold, calculating figure working from the shadows to dismantle the Lo Po Bia family and Zahard. Looking ahead, the developer plans to unveil a new Family Head-class companion and additional background stories this August.

A series of 3rd-anniversary festivities will run until August 19. By completing daily missions, players can bag themselves [3rd Anniversary] Non-stop SSR+ Tickets, special commemorative titles, Family Head-grade backgrounds, and Revolution Fragments.

The Non-stop SSR+ Summon event is also live, allowing players to hand-pick their desired SSR+ companions and push them to their maximum limit break with ease. Including [The Shining One] Margo—who joined the roster back in May—players can earn up to 2,000 Non-stop SSR+ Tickets throughout the event.

Until August 5, you can challenge the in-game PD NPC to a game of 'Cham-Cham-Cham' to win Black Market Tickets. Furthermore, events involving friend invitations, growth exchanges, and Revolution resets are running concurrently to ensure returning players can get their hands on the latest meta characters immediately.
