NC has unveiled the new Arch Boss, Lamuus, for the MMORPG 'THRONE AND LIBERTY'. Players can challenge this formidable foe starting on the 28th.

This encounter features a dual threat: the humanoid Lamuus and the dragon Atirat. Lamuus, appearing as a goddess of war, wields a glowing blue spear and orb, unleashing sword energy, massive lightning strikes, and charges. Meanwhile, the dragon Atirat provides ground-based breath and melee attacks, while also possessing the aerial capability to rain devastation from above.

The battle is split into two distinct phases. In Phase 1, Lamuus launches an offensive while mounted atop Atirat. Players must utilize the massive dragon-piercing spear to bring the dragon down. Once Atirat falls, an enraged Lamuus continues the fight alone in Phase 2.

To celebrate the update, NC is hosting an 'Arch Boss Double-Up' event until August 13. During this period, the spawn frequency of Arch Bosses will double, meaning they will appear on Tuesdays and Fridays as well. Additionally, the challenge dungeon 'Cradle of the Abyss' has also been introduced.
