Netmarble has rolled out the 'CROSS: IF' update for 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand CROSS'.

Playing on the classic 'what if' trope, the update reimagines original anime characters in entirely new forms. You can now encounter [Crossed World] Another Meliodas and [Crossed World] Another Ban, both featuring gender-swapped designs.

The character Meliodas mitigates incoming damage as the enemy’s damage output scales, while simultaneously debuffing foes and buffing allies whenever an enemy deploys an attack skill. Meanwhile, the character Ban focuses on weakening marked targets and stealing Ultimate Move Gauges to empower both the character Ban and the rest of the team.

These new heroes are available through the CROSS: IF Special Selection draw. Reaching 150 and 450 mileage grants 10 Special Summon Tickets each, while the 300 mileage mark guarantees one SSR hero. At 600 mileage, you can choose one of the two new featured heroes, and at 1,200, you can select any hero from the selection lineup.

A suite of celebratory events is also live. Simply logging in for 14 days will net you up to 70 Diamonds. Furthermore, special missions are split into two parts, offering artifact cards and growth materials upon completion.

By utilising accumulated points, you can toggle various buffs, including boosted content rewards, event boss fight buffs, and reduced stamina costs for Demonic Beast Battles. Additionally, nurturing Hawk to progress through adventures allows you to secure monster drop rewards and exchange items at the event shop.

To mark the CROSS: IF pre-event, a special free summon event is underway. Logging in daily provides up to 20 summon tickets, with each ticket granting 11 hero summons. Reaching 60, 120, 180, and 240 mileage unlocks fully grown heroes in a phased approach.
