Webzen is turning up the heat in their veteran PC MMORPG, MU Online, with a new 'Goblin Point Box' event just in time for the summer. You can dive into the festivities from July 30th through August 13th via the official MU Online event page.

The core currency for this event is Goblin Points, and earning them depends on where you play. For those on subscription-based servers, points accumulate automatically based on your time logged in. Alternatively, if you prefer a more direct route, you can secure these points by purchasing related items available across all servers.

Once you have gathered enough Goblin Points, you can trade them in for one of three tiers of Goblin Point Boxes. Naturally, the loot is randomised. If you aim for the top-tier 'Advanced Goblin Point Box', you might just walk away with the hero-grade Blood Angel Soul, along with essential materials required for crafting 4th and 5th tier wings.

That is not all, though. Players might also stumble upon the Crest of Soul or Ancient Mask when cracking open these boxes. These specific items serve as vital currency, which can be exchanged for rare, high-end gear like fully enhanced and ranked-up Ertel or 4th tier wings.
