Champion Arena Top 64 Squad Nikke Pick Rates

Looking at the current pick rates, the arrival of Treasured Item Nikke Flora and Sugar is hard to ignore. Rosanna remains a top-tier choice, requiring only the first stage of her Treasured Item to be arena-ready. Flora was utilized by two players in this data set, with one reaching the quarter-finals—details of which we will cover shortly. Sugar also saw two users, though both failed to reach the quarter-finals. It seems even with a Treasured Item, Sugar struggles to find a foothold in the current arena meta.

Furthermore, the new iterations 'Laplace: Ultimate Hero' (Wind Laplace) and 'Maxwell: Ordinary Mechanic' (Wind Maxwell) have made a swift debut in the Champion Arena. Wind Laplace appeared in 6 squads, while Wind Maxwell saw one. Notably, two players using Wind Laplace reached the quarter-finals. It will be interesting to see if they can clinch a win in the next cycle. Despite being a launcher, Wind Laplace suffers from low burst generation but compensates with massive burst damage that can wipe out enemies in a single strike. Commanders who spotted this potential have clearly hit the ground running.

Let us examine the squad of SEIFER, who reached the quarter-finals in this group. SEIFER is one of the players who incorporated both Wind Laplace and Flora. The composition involving Flora was 'Mast - Vesti: Tactical Up - Treasured Item Flora - Scarlet - Treasured Item Rosanna'. While the result was a 'loss-loss' record, the strategy was clearly to leverage the buffs from Mast and Flora to bolster Vesti and Scarlet.

Meanwhile, 'Triny'—now parted from Scarlet—was paired with Wind Laplace. The squad 'Triny - Soda - Anis - Wind Laplace - Centi' went undefeated until the round of 16. Although no Electric Code rifle Nikke fully benefits from Triny's specific buffs, the team utilized health scaling to push Wind Laplace’s damage output. Soda appears to have been chosen for the two-enemy stun burst, while the remaining launchers, Anis and Centi, were used for their superior burst generation. The result was a devastating, one-shot burst sequence. Whether this becomes the new meta or is merely a passing experiment remains to be seen.

Here is the 'Union Raid TOP 20', highlighting the absolute titans of the mode. 'Byeoli', 'Nisocks', and 'Lillith' remain firmly in their spots. Since they have maintained these positions for quite some time, we expect little movement unless something drastic occurs.

Among the Top 20, 'CurDdan'—the only union that hadn't reached the 32-member cap—grew from 30 to 31 members to close out the raid. They climbed one spot from their 11th-place finish in July to 10th this time around. Additionally, the 'Dalnimban' union made a fresh appearance in the 20th spot.

The most troublesome boss in this raid was undoubtedly 'Material H'. The boss features a shielding mechanic that scales with its maximum HP, making it incredibly sturdy. To deal meaningful damage, players needed Nikke with 'piercing' capabilities. 'Cinderella: Crystal Wave's weapon swap and 'Red Hood' proved to be effective picks, and commanders who heavily invested in 'Snow White' reportedly achieved the highest scores. If Material H returns, it would be wise to prepare your piercing specialists accordingly.

Coincidentally, the signature colours of each series align with the Counters squad, who featured in the promotional imagery. Furthermore, official lounge and BlaBla posts have showcased promotional material featuring the 'Phantom Thieves' of Goddess of Victory: Nikke: Miranda, Quincy, and Phantom.Based on the backgrounds in these images, Commanders familiar with the Persona series are already theorizing about the upcoming characters.
