Bandai Namco Entertainment Korea has officially released a free demo for 'Super Robot Wars Y' on PS5 and Nintendo Switch as of the 8th, ahead of the game's scheduled launch on the 28th.

The demo covers Chapter 01 of the main scenario. You can carry over your progress, including robot and character data along with any in-game items acquired, directly into the full game. Special bonuses are also up for grabs for those who play the demo and clear Chapter 01.

Alongside the demo, a new original robot has been unveiled: the Dynazenon Relive, based on SSSS.DYNAZENON. The machine is currently compromised, having been hijacked by a micro-sized kaiju that is barely visible to the naked eye. Notably, the prototype lacks the separation and re-combination mechanisms seen in the Dynarex form.

Super Robot Wars Y is set for official release on PC, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on the 28th, with full official support for the Korean language.
