Kakao Games rolled out a substantial update on the 22nd for its MMORPG, 'ArcheAge War', headlined by the debut of the new universe dungeon, 'Ancient Forest'.

The 'Ancient Forest' is the real star here, marking the first time domestic and global players can share the same hunting grounds. It brings a bit of spice to the gameplay with 'Spirit Guardian Towers'—objects that aid your grinding—and a new boss, 'Blue Nightmare Atrad', which sports quite a unique entry mechanic to keep things fresh.

The Eastern Continent hunting grounds have also undergone a bit of a facelift. Some areas have had their 'chaos' effects stripped away to function as standard zones, while 'Innistre' and 'Singing Land' now host fresh chaos hunting grounds. Furthermore, the drop rates for Legendary-grade items from match bosses have been buffed, though their HP and attack stats were tweaked to ensure the challenge actually matches the reward.

Beyond the big-ticket items, there is a raft of quality-of-life improvements: new class-specific skills and balance tweaks, expanded guild levels, a more streamlined guild dungeon recharge system, a reworked trade system, and a handy auto-dismantle feature for Rare-grade gear.

With the Halloween season creeping up, the developers have added some seasonal flair. You can now get your hands on the Legendary 'Seductive Witch', the Hero-grade 'Lab Yata', the Rare 'Bandage Pepi' appearances, and even a 'Pumpkin Carriage' mount to ride into the night.

To celebrate, there is a whole menu of events. By tackling the Autumn Special Attendance event and daily missions, you can snag growth resources like Mysterious Summon Tickets, Enchant Scrolls, and Delphinad's Stars. Plus, 'Lucky Draw Season 6' offers a chance to win various summon tickets, Eastern Continent Coins, and even Legendary equipment or random Eannad accessory and armor chests.

A spokesperson for Kakao Games noted, "The 'Ancient Forest' stands as our first global integrated dungeon in ArcheAge War, designed to let domestic and international players test their limits through both cooperation and competition."
