SOOP announced that it will host the '2025 SOOP Super Tournament' at the Jamsil DN Colosseum from November 1 to 2. This event is a comprehensive tournament featuring representative domestic and international fighting game titles.

The tournament includes five titles: Bandai Namco Entertainment's 'TEKKEN 8', Arc System Works' 'Guilty Gear -Strive-', 'Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising', 'UNDER NIGHT IN BIRTH 2 Sys:Celes', and Riot Games' new title '2XKO', which was added for the first time this year.

Notably, the 'SOOP Super Tournament' has been recognized as an officially sanctioned international event, with each game publisher granting it official status. In Bandai Namco Esports' global TEKKEN league, 'Tekken World Tour 2025 (TWT 2025)', this event has been designated as a 'Master' tier tournament, and top-placing players will be awarded points toward the 'TWT Final' championship.

Furthermore, in Arc System Works' global tour series, 'Arc World Tour 2025-2026', different tiers were assigned to each game. 'Guilty Gear -Strive-' and 'UNDER NIGHT IN BIRTH 2 Sys:Celes' were granted 'Platinum' status, while 'Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising' received 'Gold Plus' status.

Riot Games' new title '2XKO' has been designated as the first officially sponsored tournament in Korea under the community support program 'First Impact'. The 2XKO division will feature winners selected through two online qualifiers competing on the final stage on the second day.

The schedule includes qualifiers for TEKKEN 8, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Guilty Gear -Strive-, and UNDER NIGHT IN BIRTH 2 Sys:Celes on the first day, with the Top 8 matches and finals for each title taking place on the second day. All matches are free to attend.
